WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT? The items in your order are custom made just for you when your order is placed. It takes us a little time to do this custom manufacturing, but it’s worth it because your items will be dope!  97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days of the date of purchase and more than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Shipping times may vary due to availability.

We utilize a variety of companies to ship products and our shipping fulfilment algorithm will select which shipping company to use. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not see an email confirmation please be sure to check your junk mail folder as sometimes confirmation emails get filtered there.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Most U.S. orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days from the date the order ships out.

International orders may take up to 3-5 weeks to be delivered from the date they ship out depending on customs policies for your country. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs to release your package. We are not liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, or incorrect shipping information provided.

WildCasa.com does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. Please email us at WildCasa1[at]gmail.com and clearly state the issue/ reason you desire to make a return and we will respond with next steps. Please note that items cannot be returned for sizing issues as each item is custom manufactured at the time it is ordered.


I TRIED TRACKING MY PACKAGE & IT SAYS INVALID. WHATS SHOULD I DO? Don’t panic. This is normal, especially over weekends and holidays. Shipping services may take 24-48 hours to update their tracking information.
